1. Who is responsible

The data controller for the apps and this website is:

Genidino is the brand under which we publish our apps. Write to the email address above with any question about this policy or your data.

2. What the apps store, and where

To let your child continue where they left off, the apps save these things on the device only, in the app's private storage:

• game progress (stages or colosseum runs completed, heroes, gear, buildings, pets, coins and other game items);
• the settings you chose (operations, number range, sound, timer);
• answer statistics that the game uses to repeat hard facts and to show you how your child is doing;
• a note that the full version was bought, so it works offline.

None of this includes a name, email address, photo, location, contact list or any identifier of the device or the child. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else. We cannot see it, and we cannot link it to a person.

If your device's own backup is switched on (iCloud on iPhone and iPad, Google backup on Android), the operating system may include this game data in the backup. Apple or Google handles that backup under your agreement with them. We have no access to it.

3. What we do not collect

The apps contain no:

• advertising of any kind, and no advertising or attribution SDKs;
• analytics, crash reporting or usage tracking;
• accounts, logins, chat, social features or places to type in personal information;
• access to the camera, microphone, contacts, photos or location;
• advertising identifiers (the Android AD_ID permission is removed and iOS never asks to track).

The apps do not send anything to our own servers. We don't have any servers for the apps.

4. Purchases

Each app is free to try and offers one in-app purchase: the full version. The purchase, and restoring it on another device, is handled entirely by the store:

• on iPhone and iPad by Apple (Apple's privacy policy);
• on Android by Google Play (Google's privacy policy).

The app talks to the store only through the store's own billing system, built into the device: when a grown-up buys or restores the full version, and when the app starts, to check that the full version is still owned. The app receives only whether the full version is owned. It never receives your name, email address or payment details.

Apple and Google send us sales reports so we can do our accounting and pay our taxes. These may include order details such as an order number, the date, the price and the country or region of the purchase. We use them only for accounting and tax purposes (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)) and keep them for as long as tax law requires.

Buying and restoring are behind a parent gate: a question written in words that a grown-up can answer and a young child cannot. The same gate protects every link that leaves the app.

5. Children's privacy (COPPA and GDPR)

The apps are designed for children. We follow the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including its rules for children (in Poland the age of digital consent is 16).

• We do not collect, use or disclose personal information from children, including persistent identifiers, so no parental consent is needed to use the apps.
• There is no behavioural advertising and no profiling.
• The apps follow the Apple Kids Category rules and the Google Play Families policy.

If you think a child has sent us personal information, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it.

6. When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and to handle your request, on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or to handle a purchase or complaint you raise (Art. 6(1)(b)). Please don't send us your child's personal details.

We keep the conversation for up to 2 years after it ends, so we can see earlier questions if you write again, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner. Our email provider stores the messages on our behalf, under a data processing agreement.

7. This website

genidino.com uses no cookies, no analytics, no ads and no third-party fonts or scripts. The start page reads your browser's language only to send you to the English or Polish version. That happens in your browser and is not stored.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (its privacy policy). Like any web server, the host processes technical data needed to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). The host keeps these logs for a short time only.

8. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell, rent or share personal data. The only other parties involved are the ones named above: Apple and Google for purchases, our email provider, and our website host. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. A parent or guardian can exercise these rights for their child. Under COPPA, parents can review or delete personal information collected from their child and refuse further collection. Since the apps collect none, there is nothing about your child for us to show or delete.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We answer within one month.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl). In other EU countries, contact your local authority.

10. Deleting game data

Because the game data is only on your device, you control it:

• Uninstalling the app deletes all its data from the device.
• Genidino Arena: Settings → RESET wipes all progress.
• Genidino Kingdom: New game starts again from the beginning.

Resetting does not remove the full version. The purchase belongs to your Apple or Google account and can be restored at any time.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change affects what the apps do with data, we will update this policy before releasing that version of the app, and describe the change in the app's release notes. We will never start collecting personal data from children without first asking for verifiable parental consent where the law requires it.
